In 2021, the implementation of Tinkering Labs was initiated in 102 schools in Assam. With continued efforts, the initiative expanded to 51 new schools in 2022 and in 2023, Tinkering Lab implementation further expanded to 69 schools.
3 teachers on average from each school attended a 5-day residential training program at IIT Guwahati. Furthermore, Tinkering lab kits were delivered and installed in all schools, and all nominated students underwent physical training in their respective schools
Students and teachers embark on a journey of discovery, learning robotics and AI coding while fostering intriguing and innovative thinking.
